MULTICHOICE has adjusted the prices of its DStv packages, and this will take effect from April 1.
This was confirmed by MultiChoice Eswatini General Manager Phumi Drummond yesterday.
With several packages and more than 200 channels to choose from, Drummond said the premium package would cost E990, compact plus E670, compact E510, family E365 and access E165. “These adjustments help MultiChoice to ensure that Eswatini viewers continue to enjoy the best value, and unrivalled access to entertainment at the most affordable price,” said Drummond.
She added that customers could pay for DStv in the comfort of their homes using available digital platforms: MoMo, FNB cellphone banking and the Standard Bank App.
According to Drummond, customers also have the choice of visiting their offices with one in Ezulwini WhatsApp number 76814990, Manzini Office - WhatsApp number 7930 0715 and Mbabane office - WhatsApp number 7826 7190.
Drummond said MultiChoice Eswatini would be running an awareness campaign for their customers and the public on piracy.
“This is also part of our objective to create awareness on the different ways we all contribute to growing the Eswatini economy,” she said.
As a company that cares for their customers, Drummond highlighted some of the past campaigns they have held to honour their customers.

She said in January, they had the back-to-school campaign where customers who stayed connected stood a chance of winning back-to-school hampers which contained stationery and other school supplies.
“In February we also had the month of love campaign – where active customers or those that activated their accounts stood a chance to win valentine’s hampers.
“Aside from the great content we have lined up for this Women’s Month, we are running a competition that will see customers who open a new account stand a chance to win a Zappa decoder,” she added.
