Swazi Boy Entertainment announces DHC, HMF dates
ENTERTAINMENT stable Swazi Boy Entertainment has announced dates for their two popular music events Deep House Conversations (DHC) and House Musiq Fest (HMF). Mthunzi ‘Shadow’ Zwane announced that the DHC would be hosted on November 10, 2025 at the Manzini Club while the HMF will take place over the course of two days on March 28-29, 2025. “Come ready to groove, learn and connect with fellow music enthusiasts and innovators. Don't miss this unique opportunity to elevate your mind and move your body to the beats of deep house at these events. “Key highlights for the HMF include a two-day extravaganza featuring local and international DJs, camping option available for the full festival experience, unparalleled opportunity to connect with fellow music lovers, a chance to witness the evolution of house music firsthand,” said Zwane.
Grixxly features Mzwaa on latest release
ANTIDOTE music group artists Grixxly and Mzwaa have collaborated on a release titled Sikasa. The single sees the return of rnb and soul artist Mzwaa after featuring on fellow label mate Sarnilo’s latest offering in a song titled Addict, which debuted at this year’s MTN Bushfire Festival, and was featured in various Spotify playlists. Grixxly brought his unique and creative flow on the song, using a mixture of English and Siswati in a song which sends a message of motivation and hard work. Grixxly released the song on Friday and people have shared comments about the artists on the production and creativity in the song. Sikasa is available for streaming on all platforms.
The Platform returns with ‘pop-up activation’
CLOTHING brand enthusiasts The Platform make the grand return of their pop-up activation, scheduled for November 3 at Ikleri Store in Manzini. The pop-up activation has become a creative-cultural hub, a platform and a haven for emerging fashion entrepreneurs nationwide and alternative selectors seeking to share and showcase their works. This edition of the clothing based event will see a number of fashion brands promoting, showcasing and selling their work, including Statements, Play’d Out, Ugaxo Coutures, Yugo, Bekilanga Creations, Kook Collective, Motherland X and many more.
