Graced by Skeem Sam actress MaNtuli, the Eswatini Arts Summit was a huge success.
The South African actress, who was a guest speaker at the summit, advised artists to stay in school and take education seriously.
This was during the second day of the Arts Summit, which was held at the Eswatini Electricity Company auditorium in Manzini.
MaNtuli was so overwhelmed by the love showed by the artists and she gave a message to all the people trying to make it in the industry.
Mostly, she emphasised to young pupils to go to school and get a qualification.
“There is no way you will make it in this industry without a qualification. This industry is cruel, young people should go to school, ” she emphasised.
She also added that drama should be taken seriously in schools and that children should be given a chance to discover their talent.
The summit was indeed fruitful as aspiring actors learnt a lot and they were given the right tips and lessons on how to make it in the industry.
The audience was given a chance to ask what they wanted to know about the industry and their experiences.
