SLAIN Sincephetelo Moto Vehicle Accident Fund Internal Auditor Sifiso Ndaba will be buried on Sunday at Sivule in the Shiselweni region.
Ndaba’s memorial service will be held tomorrow at Matsapha Evan-gelical Church.
This was said by SMVAF Corporate Communications Manager Makhosi Magongo, when enquired about the funeral arrangements of the late internal auditor. It is understood that SMVAF had been communicating with Ndaba’s family on the arrangements. Magongo said they, as a company, were also at a loss of words concerning Ndaba’s passing on.
Condolences
However, the spokesperson said the company had written a statement sending condolences to Ndaba’s family and friends. He did not want to say much, except for saying the SMVAF had communicated through the statement issued to this publication.
It is understood that the family had been in a meeting yesterday trying to work on the funeral arrangements of the internal auditor.
That is where it was decided that Ndaba would be buried at Sivule, while his memorial would be in Matsapha.
Noticed
Ndaba was found dead at Sigombeni while his car was later found burnt at Ludzeludze. According to a source closer to the matter, it is alleged that Ndaba was from an evening church service on Saturday when he noticed that his house had been broken into.
“When he returned, he noticed that his house was broken into. When he got to the house, the killers were inside waiting for him,” said the source. It is said that the suspects then took him hostage at his home located at Mpolonjeni in Mbabane.
The suspects are alleged to have been on a mission to steal his car, an Audi A8 sedan 2018 model because they already had identified a buyer. They appeared before different Mbabane Magistrate’s Court for confessions on Tuesday.
They are currently kept under police custody, pending their trial.
The suspects are said to have been arrested by the police at Ludzeludze, after having been found some metres away from the burning vehicle. It was reported that what made the police arrest them was the fact that they were found with cards belonging to Ndaba.
The three suspects are said to have been charged and are yet to appear before the Mbabane Magistrate’s Court next week Friday.
