DIAMOND the comedian is leading the pack as the highest voted for nominee for the Jumbo Lifestyle Awards 2022.
This was disclosed by the awards Public Relations Officer Tandzile Mamba.
Mamba said the voting process was proceeding smoothly as Diamond had recorded 953 votes under the Entertainment Icon category.
Placed second is Thabani Matsebula under Spirituality Icon category followed by Mcola Lohlebako and Angel Zubuko on the Iconic Teen category and Thulani Lobhambo.
Mamba said they were joined by Nelly Stephens, Siphesihle Malinga, Lomakhosi Magagula, Owami and LadyGee on the Iconic Couple category and Dumisani Njobo Mamba, making up the Top 10 on the leadership board. She said the total number of nominees across the 15 categories was 164.
Diamond being the most voted for nominee has also automatically won himself a VIP ticket to the awards ceremony.
“This is after a promotion for the highest voter and highest voted nominee promotion was started on Monday closing on Sunday. Gcinangaye Dube also walked away with a ticket for himself for being the highest voter,” said Mamba.
Mamba further shared that the Jumbo Festival early bird tickets were sold out. The early bird tickets were E450 general and E600 VIP.

“The actual prices are now E500 general and E650 VIP. Ticket outlets are Spa Tops (Mbabane, Manzini, Matsapha, Corner Plaza,) Ocean Basket (Mbabane and The Gables) Total Filling Station in Moneni and Dignity Pharmacy Ngwane Park.
“Tickets are also available online via our MoMo marketplace, Mojaticket and smart ticket,” said Mamba
The Jumbo Festival will be held on November 5 at Sharma House, Ezulwini. The event will have a gala dinner, the lifestyle awards, after party and charity works all sponsored by Spar Tops and Platinum Concepts.
