The deputy sheriff of the Hhohho region has put a reserve price of E30 million to an educational property belonging to Mananga Centre for Regional Integration and Management Development (Proprietary) Limited.
According to a notice of sale, issued by the High Court the remaining extent of Portion 28 (a portion of Portion 20) of Farm No.51 District of Hhohho will be auctioned by the deputy sheriff on 8 July.
This writ of execution comes after the finalisation of the matter between Standard Bank Eswatini (plaintiff) and Mananga Centre (first defendant), Rangarirai Peter Taruvinga (second defendant) and Brenda Marlene Taruvinga (third defendant).
The notice of sale states that improvements include educational property with a block of students’ accommodation, which has eight lodging rooms (en suite) four front porches and eight rear verandas on the ground floor. The upper floor includes two lodging rooms, store rooms and two balconies.
The property also includes acluster of students accommodation, a club house, lecture rooms, administration offices and many more accommodation facilities. Those who are interested, according to the notice of sale can go and view the conditions of sale which are available for inspection at the office of the deputy sheriff in the High Court and at the offices of the regional administrator.
