By Nomalungelo Phiri | 2021-12-06

SOCCER - MTN PREMIER League outfit Tinyosi’s Chief Executive Officer Nsindiso Tsabedze was involved in a gory accident en-route to watch his side's clash at Tambankulu Stadium. Tsabedze was driving a silver Honda Fit sedan in the company of club fans identified as Faith (female) and Ncamiso (male).

The car was written off and was towed to the Simunye Police Post. The accident happened at Maphiveni, just two kilometres before their destination. All three occupants of the wrecked vehicle survived with minor injuries and were declared sound and safe by members of the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) found at the scene.

Complained

Tsabedze only complained of a sore shoulder, Faith suffered a minor leg knock, while Ncamiso twisted a neck as the car overturned a couple of times. "The right wheel on the back just burst and I lost control of the vehicle.

“We thank God we are alive," Tsabedze said after being attended to by EMS personnel. Tsabedze proceeded to Tambankulu Stadium, and was seen doing the club public relations duties as Tinyosi played to a goalless draw against Moneni Pirates.

Tsabedze is a former sports journalist with the Eswatini Observer, and is now a lecturer at Limkokwing University of Creative Technology (LUTC).
